I am amazed at the service I am getting from this brand. I had mentioned all the details while placing the order.
Still I got a call from the supervisor to ask me to change the cake since it is not available. I decided on the other one and call him to change it and then I am told that he misread the date and the cake will be delivered on time(the next day). This is the same cake now that I had ordered earlier.
I had mentioned the time of delivery as 8PM. The cake guy calls up and asks whether anyone is present at the delivery address. On getting a yes, he delivers the cake at 10AM. The last time when I had ordered the cake, I had mentioned the delivery time as 10AM(previous order) and it got delivered at 12PM. Now another blunder.
The cake guy calls up the guy whom he has to deliver the cake to and asks him what is to mentioned on the cake. Ridiculous. It was supposed to be a surprise for the b’day man and the cake guy idiotically calls the b’day man and asks him such a stupid question. Craziest thing I have ever come across. To top it all, the pizzas with the cake are delivered in the morning. I had clearly mentioned the delivery time as 8PM and when I called the supervisor I told him the time again. This is some hardcore nonsensical episode that I had with you guys. IMPROVE YOUR SERVICE
