I know I know all the controversy about the movie but still the movie has done pretty well in Indian theater’s also. The movie is an entertainer in whole with all the twists and strong characters.The music fits in, cinematography is new to Indian viewers and good. For an international audience the movie has a lot of ohhs and ahhas of emotion, the music is brand new...
With a little bit of slum intro in mumbai.For got sake this movie has bagged 8 oscars.Not one of the typical Danny boyle flicks... no no not if you’ve watched trainspotting.The last song I feel is the introduction of bollywood masala in hollywood movies and i’m not that happy with that.I read a half page advertisement on national paper telling people not to watch this movie since it supposively offends Indian’s..... now that was funny and motivation for me to watch it.Has performed really well in western world showing glimpses of India as it is from an Englishman’s perception.watch it . .
