My 1st online purchase was from Snapdeal. but due to Quality Issues. I guess Switched to AMAZON.
Ya this Site is as Good as other Online Shopping Sites. But Lacks in few areas.
Their Discounts are way too LOW then other Sites.
And the AVAILABILITY of the PRODUCT is a MAJOR Issue.
They don’t Have a Diverse Set of Products.
And Their Delivery is WORST. they exceed their time LIMITS sometimes to 5 days. Means they deliver the products after 5 days of Estimated Delivery.
The Products are Genuine and they Refund your Money if the Product goes Wrong.
Though I don’t know whether they do it for Big Amounts or NOT.
Packing is Great.
App is Good in its New Update. and u can Recharge via App if u have connected it with your Freecharge Account.
Customer Service is ALSO Good Enough.!
Its GOOD and Not a Heartbroker.!
