Recently I ordered few items from Snapdeal. I got the broken piece. When contacted, they agreed to replace but no one from Snapdeal contacted me for two days. I called them and asked, they said pickup request has been cancelled because I did not answered their call. When all world was able to contact me I dont know why only Snapdeal was not able to reach me.
You know what, I shoped a lot from snapdeal but the experience I got now was pathetic. They should learn on customer satisfaction now.
