Ordered a product through snapdeal, 4502472650, being out of station on that particular day told the delivery guy to hold the product for me, such that I will pick it up from their office the next day. Called the number 9574508974, delivery boy, he said go to the office and pick it sir as it is withheld for you, gives the address as Monalisa complex, near Kalyan hotel as landmark.
After reaching the above said landmark, Kalyan hotel, at 10:30 a.m., couldnt locate Monalisa complex, when I ring him up again he just picks the phone and says the same thing, and says he is in a meeting and wont be able to speak to me till 2 o’clock. The customer goes to get the product and the delivery boy is in a meeting till 2 o’ clock.
