I had a very bad experience with snapdeal on my first purchase.
The product cam 3 days after the expected delivery date and surprisingly no one contacted me about the delay.
The product was damaged. It was broken. When I called their customer care they wanted me to take pictures and then pack the product in same package the way it came. How will you know that you will get a damaged product and you need to be careful when unpacking? You might tear the package. I did so. But somehow I managed to wrap the product. their courier men came and took it away.
About the refund I knew that I will get choice either to take replacement or get my money back. But surprisingly without asking me anything, they game me store credit that I need to use within next 6 months. For my cash, I got the useless store credit. I do not want to get another crap from their website.
I do not recommend Snapdeal .!
