Misleading by snapdeal website

I had purchased a Beverly hills polo club watch thru the snap deal site snapdeal.Com. The website proclaimed that the Beverly hills polo club watch worth inr 3000 odd is available for 549 rupees.I was surprised to note after receiving the watch that it is actually a fake watch.I checked the website again and realised that they had not mentioned anywhere that it is a replica of the watch and not the original.I was really shocked that a website like this was fooling their clients by not informing that they are not selling original watches but replicas of the watches.this is clearly a case of cheating and I am thoroughly disgusted on being cheated this way.


On 27th I called up their call center and was informed that the refund can be given to me and the watch shall be collected back from me but when I called again I was told that I will have to bear the cost of sending the watch back and only after receiving the watch they will refund the money .I sent a mail again on 30 june and was informed that they will collect from me the watch and after receiving will refund the money.till date I have sent them numerous mails and called their call center but they are only asking for time.It has been 9 days and neither they have arranged to get the watch collected and neither have I received any refund.I have all the mails that I sent to them from the 30th of june till date and their responses and excuses but no action.they are cheating customers by not informing them that they are selling duplicate things on their website and fooling innocent ppl.
