My experience with snapdeal was really good for the products I purchased. Once we place the order, we can jump to myorder page and see the status of the product. The tracking works very fine and tell you the status at every checkpoint. The packaging of the products are too good. They provide us a safe and secure packaging which include a hard carton box, all wrapped within a print out of bill, bubble wrap and branding outer paper.
They usually deliver the product within 4-5 business days. On snapdeal, I personally like their on time delivery. They also send us a message on the day of delivery.
Overall snapdeal is a very user friendly e-commerce site.
