I ordered a power bank from snapdeal a few months back. I received it after 4 days. So delivery was fine I was happy as I finally got what I paid for. Then after 1 day I realized the powerbank which was of capacity 10k mAH was discharging my phone instead of charging it. I contacted snapdeal they collected the product and sent the money in my wallet. Then I decided to buy a watch that had a black strap and they again sent a wrong product i.e, a brown strap watch. Now this was disappointing. Website and app works good but of what use is it if they can’t provide what the consumer really wants.
