Snapdeal is one of the most worst websites that i’ve visited.
I order a lot online. I saw this offer of https://snapdeal.com//product/computers-external-hard-drives/FreecomTou-23279 on their website with attractive pricing, available only for 7499. So, I ordered one item for myself on 13 Feb order no. 348180231.It should have been delivered to be by 7-10 days. However, its been more than 2 weeks now and still no sign of delivery. I called up their customer care last night, they said that they can’t track if the item has been shipped or not. An e-commerce company can’t track where its inventory is? Aisa bhi hota hai kya? Then I said okay, just deliver asap.
Then today morning I checked the price and was shocked to see that the prices had fallen from 7499 to 6659 and now the item is no longer available for sale. This is a cheap trick done by snapdeal people to lure customers onto the website. As soon as the item goes out of stock, they reduce their prices so that people think that items on this website are very cheap. I called their customer care to talk about this but no one picked up the phone.
I am saying never shop again from snapdeal. They are a very cheap website offering low prices and other commitments that they can not honor. They dont even keep items in the warehouse. How are they allowed to sell stuff that they dont even have?
I will never shop again from snapdeal.
