I am first time customer of snapdeal.com, I was lured by the offer which provided Rs 50 off for first time customers at snapdeal.com. I placed order for full sleeve kids tshirt item code:NO-CRIKCKET_CHOCO , see attachment , order no no 354035524 dated 17/2/12 .Firstly I never got the promotional discount of Rs 50, secondly the worst thing that I can ever expect is that they shipped half sleeved tshirt instead of the full sleeved tshirt that I had ordered.
Also after placing the order I felt cheated because the invoice showed 261 but the actual price of the product is 235 as displayed on their website on the day of ordering. They simply cheat the customer by giving false promises and inappropriate promotions.They ship cheap items not as per the order and even charge different amount that quoted in their website. I will never go back for shopping at snapdeal.com.
