I have ordered a Micomax Canvas Spark 4g on 8th Dec, 2016 and delivered on 14th Dec. After using 2hr I found connectivity issue and phone was getting stuck while disconnect the phone. I raised a replacement issue and in the process I had visited 2 times to the Local service centre as per their instruction. And they found the issue and referred me for the replacement. After that, I returned the bad product on 21st dec and they again resend the same product on 29 th dec. I have checked the phone and again the same issue was found on the phone. I didnt controlled my frustration and asked them to refund. The support team continuously told that they will get back with in 6 hours to further proceed on refund but finally I received an email and content subjecting to revisit the customer care center. It has been 28 days am suffering for this order and was the cheapest experience with the resolve center. After I order I had not used my phone for 2 hours in between 28 days from order. They are more concern about sells rather services and support. Dont buy any electronics or phones . Dont trust and . Worst of your money . Dont buy phones or electronic.
