Worst ever shopping experience with Snapdeal

I ordered a pair of Lavos Rust Bamboo-Organic Cotton Stretch briefs from Snapdeal but I was delivered with a pair of Lavos navy blue briefs.


Even the invoice, mentioned a pair of Lavos Rust Bamboo briefs. I told them about their mistake when they asked me to return the product.


I live at a remote place in Himachal from where the nearest courier is at a distance of 35km.


I requested them to send somebody to pickup the item when they said that its not possible for the courier guy to collect the item and so you will have to go and send it by courier.


The item was worth 300 bucks and they wanted me to spend another 1000 bucks to go to the nearest courier. If they had a little shame they could have at least send me the correct item i. e. a pair of Lavos Rust Bamboo-


Organic Cotton Stretch brief as a giveaway to compensate for their mistake. But instead they kept making silly excuses about their inability to refund/return.


Now, I have to reluctantly wear the navy blue colored briefs send by them. It has been such a nightmare for me shopping with Snapdeal.


They use the worst courier services (first flight) which would never send the item themselves but would rather prefer sending it by a private bus that comes every evening to Kasauli.


I never expected such experience from such a huge shopping portal
