On 14th October I placed the above orders in SNAPDEAL with ID 3180752586 . The products have still not been delivered on given shipping address when the expected delivery date was 0n 21.oct.2014. but its already 25.oct.2014. and today I got message for delievery will be on 27th oct
I am a first time customer of Snapdeal. All cutomer care nos are tooooooo busy .call waiting for 10 miutes? is this customer care. I think this is worst service.
If you are not going to take immediate action on this and give my product I have to cancell those products and have to complaint in consumer forums at tomorrow and also in my social networking about snapdeal and creating a bad impression about snapdeal. I hope you wont lead me to such a worst situation. I am waiting for your reply.
