I purchased a nova hair dryer 8100 1200 watt of rupees 450 from snapdeal and after 6-7 days I received it and it was an defected piece and I made the return policy that it was for 10 days after the purchased they send me mesaage for pickup but I don’t received any coll from them on the given date 28th march and after 2-3 days I checked on site they cancelled return and then I called to the snapdeal customer care and they rearrange the pickup and the mesaage come on 2nd of april that they will pickup my product and still they don’t picked up my product the quality of service was very low.!
