Snapdeal is now a brand itself. I think it has the best customer service among all online shopping sites. From delivery time to after sale service, everything is upto the mark. I was refused the repair from Htc’s authorized service centre for a phone brought from snapdeal.
I filed my complaint with snapdeal and 2 days later a guy came from snapdeal to pick up the product and a day later I was refunded with each and every penny I spent 7 months ago while buying that phone. This means I used an Htc desire phone for 7 months without a penny been paid from my pocket. Thanku snapdeal. Keep it up.
