Hello All
I have given order for three conditioners of different company on snapdeal, I received two of them no issue but third one there is no product in the box only box received.
As I received box I called snap deal call center within 20min of receiving and call center person given me assurance that they will call back in 24 hours. No call
I called snap deal again and got status that they will refund me amount soon, No amount received.
After 8 days I got mail that your dispute is settled and will not refund you your amount also will block you from placing further order.
Now I don’t no the status of my order.
But this is not good
