Well I ordered a Pair of Silvers Badminton racquets from Snapdeal.
The delivery time was pretty fast and I was really happy for such a quick delivery and such a good offer where I got 2 racquets with grippers and a pack of 10 shuttles.
I ordered on 13th November and received it by 18th November which is quite fast but the racquets were substandard and one of them wasn’t even welded properly so while playing the upper portion actually flew across the court and nearly hit my friend.
I talked to them and they told me that the product can’t be exchanged as there was damage and also the main seal had come off.
Well my advice would be to buy sports products from stores rather online as you’ll be personally be able to test the product. The offer in itself was really good but the quality was a downer.
I hope it helps someone out as I don’t want the same to happen to someone else. And my request to Snapdeal would be to have better product quality in stock.
