WORST EXPERIENCE

I made an order for XElectron Car Inflatable Bed With Electric Pump(black). Order ID: 8474173762 I have returned my item within 7 days. they did`nt refund my money. I am still waiting for the refund. Tried so many times to call on customer care but could only here IVR. The IVR doesn’t have any option to talk to any human being.


I tried to email using Snapdeal Help page but got the response that I have crossed 7 days return policy. First of all I returned the product within 7 days but still if you are saying that I have crossed the 7 days policy so as per your policy after 7 days you should not have accepted the return. Now the situation is, I have paid money i.e. 2999/- for the product which I have already returned.


Snapdeal people should show some maturity regarding customer relationship and refund the money.  so plz dont buy anything from SNAPDEAL. never.
