Worst online shopping website pl do not shop

I have purchased lotto floaters from snapdeal. but they have cancelled my order after 15 days even without informing to me please I strongly recommend not to shop with snapdeal.com they are very delayed service no proper response to customer queries please please do not shop with snapdeal.com. My worst personal experience with them. their customer service is always busy. It is not a toll free. You have to wait lot of time to be heard by them because of them I missed other opportunities to buy the same item from other sites very bad and bitter experience
