I had purchased a pair of shoes, and I got the shoes which is of not the ordered size.. I happened to see the size mentioned on the box is different and what I got inside was different.. I don’t know what to do now... I tried reaching there customer care ample times to tell whats the problem about and want to get it exchanged... And none of their representatives are attending properly and seeing what has to be done.. they only say that some one will revert to me back fr reverse pickup and none of them had called till now..
I am writing numerous mails to their support and help desk..not even a single reply from their side..
I would only say do not buy from these kind of cheap shopping sites, where no proper business ethics, neither professionalism and disgusting service of theirs... they are only meant for fooling people.. such a fraud site..
I regret for shopping with this site.. worst shopping experience ever to loose money..
