My first order at Snapdeal will be the last one due to its pathetic support system for my Order ID: 16869421312.
Reference number 37724068 was not solved.
I had ordered Shoes’N’Style Black Loafers size 10 but received size 9. As per the snapdeal I had received the same on 5th of Dec but it was delivered to me on 15th of Dec. The shoes I received were different from the one I ordered.
So when I tried to return the shoes it showed return time expired. So I disposed those shoes as they were of no use for me. Kindly get me my money back.
I tried to contact them by mail but got the reply after I had disposed them.
Their customer support number is never available. Calls gets disconnected after long wait and charges.
