I had ordered for a Sony Xperia Z (white) on 4th April 2013 as the freebies offered were more as compared to other websites and the estimated shipping date provided to me was 11th April. I waited till 11 April. Then suddenly on 11 April evening I receive a sms from snapdeal that my product will now be shipped on 16th of April.
What the hell man, I payed for a product online on 4th date and you need 12 days just to ship it. Your website shows its as available, but still you people cannot ship a product which cost around 40, 000. I wonder if this is the way they treat premium product, what about low cost products then.
I emailed them more than 3 times, still no response. called them on mobile support. The Representative have no idea for delay of shipment. They did the same with another member who ordered black Xperia Z , if you people cannot commit to what is been promised then better close your shop.
This product was to be given as gift for Ugadi festival, but the amount of frustration I am going through is so worst now they claim same product to be shipped in 3 days, then why cannot they ship my product in 3 days.
If the product is not shipped in 24 hours, I will move to consumer court along with my friend, and demand compensation for stress we had.
I dont need your apology, I need my product for which I have paid. if you cannot afford to ship it then be ready to face multiple consumers going to court against you.
