Do not buy any product from SNAPDEAL. They are fake and fraud. They buy products from China or Bangkok in bulk at a cheap price. N of which they claim fake warranty.
I bought JBL J 33 from them and within 4 months it’s right earpiece stopped working. After complaining and following up for more than a month, they did not respond properly. In the end I wrote an email to snapdeal’s CEO, then they turned up but again without solution. After a struggle of 3 months. I replaced this product with the help of JBL’s head person in Delhi. With his help and assistance! Nobody was able to replace this product.
my personal suggestion is for people in India. kindly buy products from authorised dealers. Don’t get tempted with reduction of some bucks. Just spend a bit more but get full satisfaction. Don’t trust online portals for shopping. These are fake, not suitable to buy electronics or other products.
