No guarantee on delivery and Poor customer service

Its been 2 weeks since I ordered a laptop from?Snapdeal? and they still have no clue when it will be delivered. My friends advised me not to go with Snapdeal. Should’ve listened to them. Even trying to connect to customer service is very difficult.(Customer service for Amazon is excellent). When I try to escalate and ask them to forward the call to the supervisor, they say"Even he will tell you the same thing".


I usually go with Amazon and Jabong. They mention the delivery date as 5-6 business days. This is the first time I bought in Snapdeal. They mentioned "Dispatched in 1 business day". Now they say they are not responsible for delivery. Even the courier guys have no clue where the package is.


PS: When I posted the this incident on my Facebook yesterday, I got 19 responses suggesting never to go with Snapdeal.
