My dear Snapdeal, Thank you for such worthless service on both Logistics and Customer Care front. My order no. is 2677549376. While placing the order your site showed me at the time of verifying the pincode that the product will be available within 5-7 working day.
I placed the order and guess what its been 9 days and I haven’t received it. When I tried tracking it online it showed it already reached my city by 29th August but since I dint receive it, I called your customer care up. I have been ringing both your customer care and the wonderful logistics company you guys have tied up with .VELEX.your customer care people have been telling me that they have raised tickets but I never seem to get any emails regarding it.
My calls to your VELE#X resulted in being told they will deliver it only by 7th of SEpt and if I want before that I have to come and collect it. On top of that they are hardly courteous. I hqve read a few reviews on you guys on which this wonderful logistics company got quite a mention. When you have received complains dont you think its time to cahnge andterminate the contract with Velex. Or do you take your customers for granted. I guess the later. So yes screw you, I am shifting to some other onlineshopping portals.
New Update: as on 3rd Sept’14.10 days after order.3 days after my product reached my city.it still wonders me how do they do it.i mean Velex.they dint call or came to my place till now and they updated on their website that I refused to accept.when they did not even bother to contact me.just wonderful.and the address that they provided with the landmark in Guwahati for their office.(in Rehabari opposite Bhaskar Gas Agency).well I have been there too and there’s no office of Velex. Instead there was another courier company by the name of Aircon and they told me that they always get people asking them if the office is of Velex. well its quite shady for me if you think.
