I need an update for the Ticket 2592168.
Kindly update me reg the ticket 2615882 and 2592168 as soon as possible. It is regarding the refund of the SD cash i.e 62 used while placing the order 1051352118.
It has not yet been returned and it has been more than a month now.
This is highly disgusting that in order to trace a refund I have to raise a ticket(2592168) and then have to raise another ticket(2615882) to track it.
SD is highly annoying and disgusting these days. I have never had any issue with SD earlier. but now.it is doing this with its valuable customers.
SD kindly wake up. its high time and stop treating customers like fools and try to resolve there problem as you used to do earlier.
And must add ur SD cash policy really is pathetic. Because u never refund the amount in time and it keeps on piling the amount.And above all u don’t have any policy to refund the amount in the account like other sites do have.
Kindly make it feasible for the customers instead of just focusing on making Money and Profits.
