Snapdeal’s freecharge is the worst app i’ve experienced. It gives option to pay electricity bill, so I added money in wallet and tried making payment it was not at processing tried several times. I also tried withdraw money back to my bank account and again it was not processed. I made several complaints to freecharge and snapdeal but there is no response at all, as if there is value for their customers, no customer service. V bad service. I won’t recommend anyone using this app ever.
