I had also ordered one product from Snapdeal [Order No. : 816912290] for the first time on 12-12-2012. They somehow made a delivery of wrong product on 17th Dec. And then only I came to know about the real face of Snapdeal. They are very very bad on customer care services....
I made complaint on 17th itself that wrong product has been delivered.(ticket #1428463)
After too many followup they finally arranged for a pickup of wrong product which was delivered which they received on 25th Dec. and there was no acknowledgment at all from there side.
I have still not received any update thereafter that when the correct product will be shipped. They don’t even bother of the commitments made by themselves. every time they say that you will get a callback today by evening but it never happens.
No result yet for the complaint registered (ticket #1428463) on 17th with the Snapdeal.
