Snapdeal.com is a fraud site. The products are displayed with very low costs and coupons galore. But when you place an order, the site doesn’t deliver the products. No reasons are given. The website continues to show the product as being available for order!
Coupons are useless since the product will not be delivered to you. Better to use flipkart.com which has an impeccable record in sales and returns.
Customer care is very polite in refusing all your attempts to be treated fairly.
This is a habit at snapdeal.com
Snapdeal will advertise product with prices that are lower than other online sites and users will be tempted to place the order. However they will keep you in the dark for days to weeks and one fine day your order will be cancelled. By that time the deals on other sites would have expired.
There is no accountability of the sellers on snapdeal.com
My contact with customer care regarding my recent order( 1268772936) still hasn’t been fruitful since all my queries are forwarded to someone who doesnt care to respond.
Update:
The customer care just sent an apology saying the product was not available even though the website kept saying it was available.
My advice is to use other online sites except when the product is exclusively available at snapdeal and then you may take a chance.
