Order id 4260682486, I got a refund confirmation message on 15 Jan 2015 but have not got the refund back yet. I got the refund back from amazon.in on 17th, when they sent me the refund confirmation on 15th Jan 2015. Guys, you really need to work hard on your back end support team. I am still waiting for refund to my credit card. This order was under process for 5-6 days and when I called snapdeal, they told me that it is out of stock. I asked them, why I wasnt informed about it, they said - customer has to inform us.
order 4250386450 - the delivery boy called me and asked me to come to take the delivery. I was 8 Km away at that time, I requested 15 mins time. I drove back and reached with in 10 mins but that guy didnt pick the phone. I then finally got the product delivered at my office. The guy who delivered said "sir, Apko delivery dene ke liye aaya nahi kya koi ghar pe" ridiculous! you dont even know what happening internally in your department? The product hence delivered was sub standard in quality also.
Order 3966598260 - The order was always in process and never showed true status. finally I had to cancel it after 4-5 days.
4482718200 - placed on 16th Jan 2015 - still in process. no real update. I am loosing my patient now.
I appreciate that they do have one of the best offers but the delivery and refund departments will kill it too.
