I have been shopping from your online store since 2011 specially the computer accessories and I was really glad that I purchased them from snapdeal because of your great prices and good range of products.Well I dont have any complaint from snapdeal but I am really disappointed about snapdeal using Gati as their delivery partner.
I dont think that I have have you tell you my story since you can find hundred of pathetic delivery service cases on mouthshut and other customer forums.Lately I am contemplating whether to buy from your site or your competitor’s because I dont have any problem in paying 200 or 300 more if it guarantees my peace of my mind.I hope that you could consider the dissatisfaction of mine and take required actions.
