I ordered a product through order #803066220. This product according to snapdeal is delivered to me on 6th dec. But I have not yet received it. I called up their customer cell and they have so indifferent behaviour. They make you feel that "It was you who committed the mistake of ordering from snapdeal". You ask the status and the response is "we will get back to you in 24-48 working hours". rather than understanding that the product was to be delivered on 6th, they simply would say please wait.
some logistics glitches are not an odd thing. and this is perfectly acceptable. but what is not acceptable is the indifferent behaviour and callousness from snapdeal. I have talked to snapdeal people many times and have written about 6-7 mails and two complaints. One should understand that if there are multiple complaints against same order there must be something wrong and that needs to be addressed. But snap deal is snapdeal. My experience with snap deal is such that I am now hesitant to even buy anything in prepaid mode.
and unfortunately, many of my friends have faced similar issues in last couple of weeks. what snapdeal could have done is collate all the complaints and figure out why so many misses are happening. instead they are simply happy harrassing the customers.
When I compare snapdeal with flipkart, flipkart is definitely better when it comes to packaging, delivery and customer support if everything is fine and snapdeal: if there is a glitch, you are screwed.
