Return policy damn it

I brought karbonn titanium s200hd from this site it has a defect I click on replace but still I didnt got the replacement on site it says replacement in progress better go to flipkart and amazon the one thing I like about this is their fast deluvery so if you want to go for this please go it has faster deluvery.next day delivery without any extra charges
