Snapdeal is a very big online shopping site as we know.But it should also take care of it’s products and should take quality checks of the products.I used Snapdeal 4 times to order and out of it 3 times I got fake items.The customer service is decent but Snapdeal never checks any product nor it places any guarantee on it.The quality of the product I received was very poor.The delivery time is good but it becomes late sometimes.The app and site looks good and well functioning but when it comes to assurance people trust more on Amazon or Fipkart.Snapdeal is not reliable.I would recommend Amazon rather than Snapdeal.
