I ordered a micromax nitro mobile phone and got delivered within five days after 15 days used I found the screen display started flickering so I initiated the written process after that I got a call from customer care saying that technician will be sent to repair your phone.
how could they expect customer to use a newly but phone rs.12, 500 after getting repaired. this was very cheap acts performed by that Snapdeal website.
I asked the customer care web person how can I use the repair the phone instead of new phone. For The customer care person said this is the company rule I cant do nothing.
this is my worst experience happened with Snapdeal on first-time purchase hereafter I never ever lose nothing thats it.
