Snapdeal.com is the WORST online shopping service provider ive ever seen. I have made an order with my order no. 994498145 on 16th May, and the expected date of delivery was 20th May. But till today they are unable to ship the product.
Upon calling to their customer care and writing mails several times they are even not responding. And the most amazing thing is that, my order status all the time shows " Not Available" and even raising support tickets, without responding they are marking the ticket as Solved. Really the worst online shopping experience I have ever faced in my life.
Now Im helpless, how to get my money back. If anybody got the idea kindly suggest.
