This site provide easy return option that is real. There are some other site which offer easy return but in actual they dont. Once they get money from u they just forget u. But snapdeal does what it says. Delivery system of snapdeal is also good. It has delivered me my products within 4 to 5 days. So overall all I am really satisfied with this site.
