Wrong Product delivered

Horrible experience with Snapdeal. Ordered an Electric Kettle of Philips(1.5 L) from Snapdeal on 25th Nov and got a Philips Hair Straightener on 2-Dec. After a lengthy form was filled and pictures attached, they collected the wrong product on 4th Dec morning.


Now, they have both the product and the money(Rs. 2331), and now no response to mails and no sign of getting original product.(Order no. 1463010036). And now the product is also being sold at a lower price on the site.
