Provide Cheapest Product But Worst Cust Service

Product: Strontium 8GB MicroSD+ FREE Card Reader


I placed an order on 10.11.2013. This particular item reached destination hub on 18.11.13. But the status was awb(Tracking No.:59180456204) number of Bluedart "Consignee address wrong."


After 2 days on 20.11.13 the same courier Bluedart delivered another product item code: 1908338212(Ambrane P1000 Power Bank with Freebie(Ambrane Power Bank Cover White) with awb number of Bluedart(Tracking No.: 59180448596).


What a courier service! After 3 days the update for previous item awb status changed to "Consignee address incomplete.: After 5 days the status was "Consignee refused to accept."


What a great courier partner to have! HOW CAN THIS BE POSSIBLE THAT ADDRESS IS WRONG AND THE SAME COURIER IS DELIVERING NEXT DAY! They are posting incorrect status and what after 17 days of placing an order and order Was returned back to origin on 26.11.13 and no customer service from Snapdeal.
