Very bad system

I have order salwar pice for durgapuja. I pay by online.


I get the delivery after 5days of the delivery date.


But the salwar pice quality is very bad and I am not satisfaied.


Now I am trying to return my order. Order return datr had 8 days ago but still no body come to take return this order.


I am talk to customer care they told me it have in process.


Now I am feeling bad. What will happen?
