I would like to share my experience with this e commerce site.
I recently ordered an watch from this website for cash on delivery and they delivered with in 5 days, the delivery was fast but I ordered a blue watch they sent that they were sending a white colour watch I thought it’s okay but after delivery I came to know that they have send me an black colour watch.
I kept an refund for that product and the option shown was only to the wallet of Freecharge I expected that they will transfer to my account I think they have put another option for refund to the bank instead of Freecharge wallet .The refund of the amount is fast but they have to deliver the correct product if the product was not available they have inform instead of sending another product.
Actually I have an event after 2 days of delivery so I make a choice and bought from a retail shop which was near to me.
