Trust me. This is the most pathetic website that I thought of placing an order on.2 orders - one broken and other never delivered.
For broken, already logged in a complaint - they asked for pics - pics sent and still they said they didn’t receive and 7 days passed and now they can’t change it.
The 2nd Order - never delivered. Order was placed almost a month back. The tracking system shows it will be delivered on 31st Oct and then on 31st it changed to 6th Nov and now they say that courier company tried delivering it.
No one called. no one replied us earlier. No one came for delivery.What a waste is this company and website?
