it has been a year and they are working very well. got delivery on time. packaging was awesome as always. the only thing I was hurt that when the delivery boy came he said if I paid from sbi card I will get additional 5% off but dint had the card at that time. if I would have told earlier I would save more.
website is designed well . pleasing to eye like it will compell me to buy something even if I dont want. great offers and discounts. I find snapdeal best in offers than other sites.
homepage is great but when you enter in different products there are many annoying ads.
I have not been in a situation to use its support so no idea about it but yes service needs to be improved like informing customers about online payment offers earlier when called for cash on delivery.
