I have once used the snapdeal and that too to bought a very expensive mobile handset. This was my on of the hefy buy in online portal. I bought a One plus on handset whose review were brilliant at that time. The product was delivered to me after much awaited period of 8 days due to congestion in transportation service as quoted by snapdeal customer centre. The customer service were not so quick and could not able to track down the product in real time. For this also the customer need to call the transportation service in person. The delivery time they took around 8 days with such a delay and initially they showed to delivery in 5 days at most. Although the app browser is very user friendly. The product once delivery after 5 days it got some battery charging problem and hanging device. On plus one normally claim not having problem with charging. Again while charging heating problem comes. So I decided to call the customer service centre and return the handset. Initially they advised me this is normal heating problem with all the Android phone. But later on I discovered it get too much heating problem. So I finally requested them to return this worst handset and return my hard earn money. Then they came up with this pretext that this handset is 7 days older so return won’t be possible and I need to contact the nearest customer service centre to deal with the bug. I was so astonished to hear this. I continuously to persuade them to return my handset but they were in denial form. The customer service center is not good at all. Product quality which I received was that too bad. Although I know this is fault of manufacturing but still they are one you are responsible for that. After much delay in delivary time they delivered this faulty mobile. It took almost 8 days to deliver it to my doorstep. As I suffered so much in order to return this bad mobile all were in vain. The reliability was the worst hit in my case. I am not more member of snapdeal. Although I really appreciate their pricing product which is cheaper to any other but everyone much deserve a good quality product. There application too very user friendly. But I am worst affected by my this case. I would abstain from buying such costly product from online portal. I am attaching a mail from snapdeal for proof too.
