I had ordered a ladder from Snapdeal and I got a message that it is delivered on Nov 7th 2016.( As it was not delivered, I tried to call the snapdeal costumer care centre. I understood that it is very difficult to contact the no. The reply I got was that my phone no is not registered which was not true. I complained through online site. After repeated queries, they contacted me once, and assured that they will sort out it in one week. Today is Nov 27th. I had placed the order after paying the entire money in October third week. Now they are not responding to my queries also. Should I go to consumer court or just bear the loss and stop purchasing from the online stores.I lost complete confidence in snapdeal. Is there any other experience for anybody like this from snapdeal?
