I have ordered a Kettle on Snapdeal bearing order no:3335740514 . The order was placed on 2014-10-25 13:55:12. I have not received the product yet. Every time I register a complaint I get a feedback telling the money will be refunded and compensation will be paid. I have got the same response for the past 5 attempts. I am totally frustrated by the service provided and will avoid shopping on this site. I think its not right keeping a customer beg for the amount paid for the past 8 months without proper service in return.
Every time I make a call I spend money since you don’t provide a toll free number. To be competitive just advertising is not sufficient. To win the hearts of customers, you have more things to do.
