We have hear stories from different corners India about faulty products being delivered via Snapdeal. In my case it was **never delivered!**
The story started when I ordered an induction cook top on 16th Oct. However even after a weeks time time, the order tracker read the order has not been dispatched. After multiple efforts, I got a response intimating it is being worked upon.
However, 27th Oct, 11 days after placing the order, I got an email from Snapdeal support saying the order has been cancelled due to technical reasons. Though I got the refund, multiple attempts to know reason for cancellation after 11 days of placing order did not yield any response either.
Once bitten twice shy, I think 10 times before ordering anything from Snapdeal anymore.
