I had purchsed products from snapdeal and the same were delivered to me, but due to size issue i wanted an exchange.
The order was picked up on friday 26.07.2015 already by go javas couriers.On monday some other courier person comes for the pick up when the order was already picked up on friday.
When i called the customercare on monday it was confirmed that the order has been received by them and they would get it delivered by monday or max tuesday.And when i called them on tuesday i am being informed that they have not received the order.
This is utter rubbish. I needed that product on monday itself. The delay is getting so annoying.There has been no revert for the same nor i received a call back.I need my order to be delivered today anyhow.Worst service ever. The worst customer service too.
