Pathetic customer care

I ordered a school shoe for my kid, after 2 weeks it is delivered and it is wrong size, although on website size is still displayed which I ordered.  So I had to return this product. Now customer care is accusing me that I ordered a wrong size, I tried to explain them but they are bunch of jokers who only know English and have no common sense or even any sense.


Now for returning they told courier will pick up from my home, after around 15 calls to courier company they picked the package. Since my preferred size in not available, snapdeal returned my money in form of snapdeal cash which I can use only on this website.


Now just to get back my money I order a new product (a torch), It’s been 12 days and this has not been shipped yet, customer care says it is under process/packaging etc etc all nonsense. Beware of snapdeal.
